Flexibility and swift response

Hyperwave attaches great importance to flexibility and an immediate response especially in the Customer Service area. Customers can choose between two support models, and choose the solution that best meets their needs. Basic Support offers comprehensive technical support, while Premium Support adds regular contact with a designated contact person and on-site visits.

Basic Support

  • The support team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (CET)
  • Support requests can be sent to the Hyperwave Support Team by e-mail, web form or telephone

  • On-site visits as required

Premium Support

  • The support team is available Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00 (CET)
  • Support requests can be sent to the designated contact person by e-mail, web form or telephone
  • Contact with the designated contact person via e-mail and telephone
  • Regular on-site visits and consultation
